I called him around four weeks post inspection to discuss with him something he missed during the inspection and to also apologise that we had forgotten to pay his invoice for service. He was friendly, open minded and accountable. I had called a plumber out to fix something that could have been avoided. Still Rob kindly thanked us for the call and advised that based on my inconvenience he doesn’t expect to receive payment for it due to our plumber cost.
